British Vogue recently had a shopping event in London, on Oxford Street, at the new Reserved store. I hadn’t heard of Reserved before, and I love Vogue events, so I headed down. I ended up buying a few things, after sipping several complimentary champagnes, including this coat, which is now my new favourite thing.

Reserved seems a bit like H&M, in price and wide range, but I think the quality is better. The things I looked at all had beautiful texture, and didn’t have that flimsy, fast-fashion feel. This coat is made from blended wool, and comes in a few colours, and it’s so beautifully soft and cozy. It’s only £54.99 (click HERE to shop) I am so in love with it. It’s a large cut, so I recommend sizing down one from your usual size.

These cute triangle cats eye sunglasses are really popular at the moment. I love sunglasses, especially any that have a retro or vintage shape, so I had to have these. They have a few colours, mine are the tortoise shell. They’re only £12.99 click HERE. This cute t-shirt was a steal too, at £7.99 HERE. It comes in blush pink too, but I liked the silver. I went a size  up so that it was a more slouchy fit, and I really like the metallic, glittery detail. It’s a fun t-shirt and is really soft and fits nicely. (Even after washing)

I’ve really wanted a soft pink coat like this for a while, and I’m so happy that I found this one. It reminds me a bit of the types of coats that were popular in the 50’s and into the 60’s, like the ones Marilyn Monroe wore a lot. But also made me think of the one Lauren Graham wore in Gilmore Girls. I feel like you can pair it happily with jeans for a modern look, or with vintage outfits. I plan to wear it as much as possible, until it gets too cold, and I have to start wearing a down-filled coat! (Also, not pictured, I picked up the SOFTEST scarf that exactly the same colour as the coat)

If you haven’t heard of Reserved, I recommend taking a look at their site. Their prices are really reasonable and they have a huge range, but without sacrificing quality. I absolutely love this coat.
