I love a comforting, hot bath in the Fall and Winter evenings. It’s nice to soak tired muscles after a ride in the cold or a walk crunching through leaves. Me!Bath have a really cute new range of bath bombs with magical themes, and they asked me to review and share them with you.

The scent of these bombs isn’t overly strong. but is quite gentle and pleasant. They each are slightly different in scent, I think, but I couldn’t place what the scent was. The mermaid one, as you can see, made my bath water a fun bright blue, which was neat. It didn’t stain my bath at all, or my skin, but the pink one did a little bit and I had to rinse the tub out afterwards. These bombs fizzed quite quickly, which I personally liked. I know some other bombs fizz away for ages, but I think I liked that this one kind of got on with it. The epsom salts really helped my muscles relax, which was cool.

I really like the magical theme and packaging, combined with the bright colours. It was really fun to use these. These bombs, unlike some others, have oils in them. My skin loved this, and really soaked up the moisture, and left my skin happy for the rest of the evening. It didn’t leave much oil in the bath though, which I thought was pretty neat. If you don’t like skin oils, this may not be the bath bomb for you. Personally, I thought it was a really nice touch, and with winter dry skin, I think it’s a neat benefit of a whimsical bath bomb. I’ll definitely be picking these up again.

Me!Bath bombs in Mystic Mermaid and Magical Unicorn are delightful. They are available at Amazon, Walmart or Shoppers Drugmart for around $4.99 cad (though I’ve seen them on sale at a little less than that)
Thank you Brill Communications and Me!Bath for sending me this package to try out and review. All thoughts are my own honest opinions.
Fantastic! Would you prefer this over Lush Cosmetics, though?

Ooh! That’s a tough one. Lush are really the king’s of bath bombs. I guess, these are I think cheaper and you can get them easily at the store. Lush is more upmarket and fancy shapes and things. So, it depends on what you want.
